Various food and beverage packaging done For Whole Foods Market

Crowler Packaging Design

Crowler Packaging Design

Whole Foods Market commissioned me to create a unique label for their Crowler packaging—a large beer can that enhances the customer experience by allowing patrons to take their favorite draft beer home. This innovative design not only serves as an eye-catching vessel for the beer but also includes a designated space for customers to write the name of the beer they selected from the in-store taps. My goal was to develop a label that reflects the vibrant and artisanal spirit of Whole Foods while also making it easy for customers to personalize their Crowler. This project emphasized both functionality and creativity, ensuring that the label stood out while enhancing the overall experience of enjoying craft beer on the go.

Popcorn Straws Logo and packaging

Popcorn Straws Logo and packaging

For the Popcorn Straws campaign, I had the pleasure of designing and developing a distinctive logo that encapsulated the brand’s playful and innovative spirit. Understanding that Popcorn Straws is not just a snack but a fun experience, I aimed to create a logo that resonated with both children and adults alike.

In collaboration with the talented team at Anchor Creative, I contributed to the conceptualization and design of the packaging as well. Together, we developed packaging that was not only visually appealing but also functional, ensuring that the product stood out on store shelves. The design elements emphasized the unique attributes of Popcorn Straws, highlighting their fun and whimsical nature while clearly communicating the brand's identity.

The final logo and packaging design worked harmoniously to create a cohesive brand image, inviting consumers to enjoy a snack that is both delicious and entertaining. This collaboration not only resulted in a striking visual identity for Popcorn Straws but also set the stage for a successful product launch, making it a memorable addition to the snack market.

Koz Wine Label

Koz Wine Label

For the Koz Wine Labels project, I had the exciting opportunity to design a series of wine labels for renowned jazz musician Dave Koz, who collaborated with Whole Foods Market to create his own signature wine. Drawing inspiration from the iconic shape of vinyl records, I crafted round labels that not only captured the essence of Koz’s musical heritage but also stood out on retail shelves.

The design aimed to convey a sense of sophistication and artistry, reflecting both Koz's musical legacy and the quality of the wine itself. By incorporating bold colors and dynamic graphics, the labels were designed to evoke the vibrant spirit of jazz, creating an eye-catching presence that would attract consumers.

In addition to their aesthetic appeal, the circular format was a strategic choice intended to differentiate Koz’s wine from traditional rectangular labels, making it instantly recognizable in a crowded market. This unique design approach not only celebrated the intersection of music and winemaking but also enhanced the overall branding of the product, ensuring it resonated with both jazz enthusiasts and wine lovers alike. The final result was a memorable label that perfectly embodied the joyful, celebratory nature of enjoying great music and fine wine together.
